My husband and I are trying to learn to eat and cook healthier, and I had no idea that there was so much to an ingredient as simple as salt. Using salts that have had little to no processing is definitely healthier, I know that, because of all of the extra minerals it carries, and I'm very excited to try out the different flavors each region brings. Maldon sea salt, in particular, sounds like it would be amazing with a seafood salad because of the briny taste you mentioned.
